OUR STORY

Like many other small businesses, I started The Bucking Rose due to COVID.

After being laid off from work, I decided I wanted to take my skills as an artist and apply them to everyday products that can be used and enjoyed. Thus, I picked up the art of leather crafting.

The first piece I attempted was just a small flower on a piece of scrap leather. I used some random tools  I purchased at a local craft store and jumped in head first. From that moment on I was hooked.

In one year I have made many items from wallets to horse tack and many items in between.

Each piece teaches me something new and I have loved the challenge.
